To use Bold, you first need to download the app. Visit the Google Play Store or the IOS Store to get started. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you will also need to create an account and get verified. Once these have been done, you can get started with paying your utility bills using the following steps:
Step 1. Login to the App
Utility bills can be paid once you’ve logged into the app.
Step 2. Click on the Pay Bills Button
Once you’ve logged into the app, click on the Pay Bills icon on the right of the dashboard.
Step 3. Choose a Utility Bill to Pay
With Bold, you can purchase electricity units, airtime or data, or pay DSTV or GOTV bills.
Step 4. Choose a Provider
With utilities like electricity, airtime, or data, you’ll have multiple providers to choose from. Click on your preferred vendor to proceed to make payment.
Step 5. Choose a Bundle
Choose the bundle you would like to pay for and then you can make payment.
Step 6. Make Payment
Once you’ve made payment for your utility bill, you will receive confirmation by SMS. And that’s it!
