Making a transfer on Bold is an easy, quick process. Here are the steps to take:
- Click Send Money Icon
In the middle of the screen, you should see a blue button labeled Send. Click on this button to access the transfer panel.
You will then see two options allowing you to make a transfer to a Bold account or to a Bank account.
To Transfer to other Bank Accounts
Click on Transfer to other Banks. You will be directed to a page where you can then enter the details of the account you would like to send money to, then click the Confirm button. You will be asked to provide a second confirmation of the sender’s details. If all the information is correct, click Confirm again. Proceed to input the amount you wish to send, click continue. A preview of your transaction will appear on your screen, review and click Pay. The recipient will be credited instantly.
For Bold-to-Bold Transactions
Click on Send to Bold Account. You will be directed to fill in the account number of the recipient, then input your desired amount to send, click on Transfer and then click on Pay. The recipient will be credited instantly. You can also click on the scan icon in the space for the recipient’s account number to scan their QR code if they’re in close proximity, and proceed to complete your transfer.
That’s all there is to it. You’ll receive an SMS confirming the transaction, and your recipient will receive the funds.
