I can’t find my Card?

If you go to your card screen and can’t find your card, your card most likely has been terminated due to too many declined authorization.

It is important to make sure your card is funded. A charge fee of $0.3 is applied if your card gets declined because of Insufficient funds. This fee is charged by the card issuer. To avoid this charge, fund your card in advance.

If your card gets 5 or more declined transactions due to Insufficient funds and your card balance is below $1, your card will be terminated and deleted from your account. Please to avoid this, make sure you always keep your card funded and remove it from any subscription programme.
